Service History
An official historical record of the political and administrative journey of Koppam Panchayath since its formation in 1961, documenting the service timelines of elected representatives and administrative officers.
🏛️ Formation and Administrative Background
Koppam Gramapanchayath was officially formed in 1961 as part of the old Valluvanad Taluk. The Panchayath progressed into its modern development model through the efficient coordination of visionary elected representatives and dedicated administrative officers (Secretaries). With the implementation of decentralized planning, the roles of both the political heads and the executive secretaries became significantly more citizen-centric.
